Making a rare appearance in daylight at the Emmys, True Blood-sucker Kristin Bauer told me that she’s more than ready for what I’ve already dubbed “the season of the witch.” In fact, though her iceberg-lettuce-cool character spent much of this season being tortured and crying type-O-neg tears, she promises that before the finale, we’ll get to see Pam… Well, she describes it better than I could. Sorry kiddies, but Sam Trammell tells me Sam’s not-so-pleasant adventures are just beginning and will extend far into True Blood‘s fourth season. “I know one thing that’s going to happen with Sam [next year], which is taking it to a new level. It’s very cool.” The gang doesn’t even start shooting until November, so get ready for a long and painful off season. Sigh!
